Responsibilities Managing various stakeholders (across c-level, internal team members and merchant developers) and communicate effectively Structured and organized, has project management experience and is happy to help both team members and our merchants with potential challenges during their integration Manage multiple concurrent integration projects with conflicting priorities and sometimes under tight timelines stay on top of your game and keep merchants engaged Communicate effectively with merchants, understand the level of level needed and guide them to success Customer (merchant) centric mindset to resolve issues from a merchant\'s POV (professional, efficient, resolution oriented) Address issues in a timely manner while communicating updates effectively Aim for continuous improvement: driven by direct feedback from merchants / team members, share what can we do better Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 8+ years of relevant experience Experience with payments-related products required Good understanding of e-commerce platforms required Understanding of REST API with some coding experience (stack doesn\'t matter) Proven experience leading teams (integration / technical) Strong communication skills, in both persuasion and presentation Excellent organizational and time management skills Exposure to ecommerce, retail and / or digital travel industries is a plus Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done (deep dive on technical challenges, including digging through log files)
