• Must be proficient in written and spoken business English
• Proficient in Interior Design/Architectural Software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumion etc.
• Must be able to decipher construction drawings and interpret customers\' requirements accurately and offer sound advice the mutually benefits the client and the company
• Must be innovative and be daring to be a trend setter
• Must be able to decipher, design, plan and deliver Client presentations effectively
• Must be able to interact at all levels in the organization
• good problem-solving skills and be expected to place the company at best interest in all aspects of job responsibilities
• Maintain professional conduct, tardiness and good interpersonal skills in conducting business meetings

Tanggungjawab

• Determine the scope of the project and the client\'s particular tastes or vision.
• Formulate design proposals which are practical, aesthetic and conducive to the individual needs and wants of clients using mood board, material boards and photos.
• Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings and visual presentations, and submitting comprehensive presentations for client approvals
• Assist Project Architect in adjusting designs and concepts to meet the changing needs of clients
• Assist Project Architect overseeing selection of interior finishes / furnishings
• Assist in presentations and communicates design concepts using appropriate software
• Communicate and coordinate closely with Project Architect to ensure minimal miscommunication and accuracy in deliverables
• Ensures quality control for all interior design projects (e.g., finish drawings, details, specifications, etc
• Being able to adapt to a change of working environment and roles as long as IT is within professional compliance is a plus
• Teamwork and pro-activity are very much encouraged in the practice, your opinions matter too!
• Attention to detail and not afraid to ask the right questions when in doubt.
• Fresh graduates in the relevant field/ experience are encouraged to apply
