Responsibilities
Carry out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives,2D, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects.
Involve in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of Material used.
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
To ensure design and renovation targets for clients are met.
Carry out ad-hoc duties/task when requested by management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
Required skill(s): 3D Max (MUST), Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AI
Ability to work in a team with positive attitude, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to guide and work in a team.
At least 3 years of working experiences preferable in residential project
Able to travel and meet client
Able to speak in Mandarin, English
Independent and punctual
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
