Ensure resource availability and allocation
Ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximised.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project requirement and expectations.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Supervise and monitor construction work to ensure in accordance to drawings.
Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate them to contractors with high quality outputs and creativity with minimal guidance.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
