Job Description

Assist in preparing sales documents, quotations, and order forms. Support data entry, record keeping, and filing of sales-related documents. Help coordinate communication between the sales team and customers. Assist in reply customer chat via whatsapp and phone. Support inventory tracking and follow up on stock availability. Participate in preparing sales reports and presentations. Provide general administrative support to the sales department. Conduct live sessions when required (for product promotion or customer engagement).

Job Requirements:



Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or any related field. Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and phone (training will be provided). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace). Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn documentation & administrative tasks. Willing to join and assist in live sessions for product promotion (if needed) Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work well with the team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to RM500.00 per month
