YOUR ROLE

Assist process engineers in analyzing VM yield loss data by identifying defect patterns, root causes, and process bottlenecks. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions aimed at reducing VM losses. Collaborate closely with assembly and finishing engineering teams, CPM, and manufacturing departments to resolve VM-related yield loss issues and ensure seamless integration of solutions into the production line. Continuously improve and optimize test setups to minimize VM defects and enhance overall yield performance.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite, with strong data analysis capabilities. Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to assist engineers in successfully completing projects, particularly those focused on testing challenges such as setup issues and low yield problems. Committed to providing full support to engineers while adhering strictly to safety rules, procedures, and programs. Capable of performing all basic duties and tasks associated with the role efficiently and reliably.

Preferred: Students with a mechanical engineering background.
