Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Data & Analytics discipline with a focus in Data Analysis and Human Centric design.

Other requirements: EM is a large geography and candidate will need to work with stakeholders across multiple time-zones.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do?

Build and launch Customer Experience Understanding strategy.

You will be part of Emerging Markets Tech organization (LATAM, MEA, Russia, ASEAN) working closely with Tech and Commercial function. You will get an opportunity to understand customer engagement and surveys data ; build and test a strategy to understand long term experience with our customers/ HCPs.

Discover the best ways to execute strategy to understand customer engagement

You will gain experience in pharma ways of working around market research and Net Promoter Score driven customer experience strategy

Discover best ways to leverage tools and data to understand how customers view GSK over long term

Understand various types of NPS strategy \xe2\x80\x93 transactional to relational NPS

You will engage senior stakeholders in Tech and Commercial function
