Job Description



Handle incoming calls professionally

while following company communication standards. Build trust and

deliver excellent customer service

with every interaction. Identify potential sales leads and forward them to the sales team.

Keep customers informed on job progres

s and help resolve issues promptly.

Update customer records

and engage customers proactively to enhance their experience.

Requirements



Currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Public Relations, Customer Service, Business Administration, or related fields. Willing to learn phone-handling skills and practice active listening. Open to learning CRM systems. Customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative. Willing to work in

Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.


Internship Details



Preferred Period:

November 2025 - April 2026 (attach internship letter).

Working Hours:

Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Allowance:

RM800/month.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
