s:

Assist in conducting product and marketing research, analyze data, and compile findings into research presentations. Monitor the Solution+ e-commerce website, process orders, and provide support to vendors with guidance and advice. Follow up on customer inquiries, offering prompt and friendly support to ensure a positive experience. Understand e-commerce and transaction processes, identifying and proposing solutions to address customer and vendor issues effectively. To assist in preparing and maintain weekly reports, including sales, marketing, and vendor performance data. Perform any other assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:

Familiarity with commonly used e-commerce shopping platforms as a customer. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and supportive environment. A proactive and solution-oriented attitude with strong initiative. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with managers, teammates, customers, and vendors. Strong communication skills to handle interactions with various stakeholders.
