Are you passionate about e-commerce, live streaming, and fashion? PONEY is looking for E-Commerce Interns to join our dynamic team! This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of e-commerce, covering live streaming, content creation, and daily e-commerce operations.

As an intern, you will be involved in:

1) Live Streaming & Hosting

Assist in planning and hosting live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to promote men's fashion products. Engage with online audiences, showcase products, and answer customer inquiries in real-time. Support in managing live stream setups, including lighting, cameras, and audio.

2) Live Stream Operations & Coordination

Monitor live streaming performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan content and promotional campaigns. Assist In handling customer feedback and inquiries from live streams.

3) Content Creation & Video Editing

Work closely with the photography and video production team to create engaging short videos for TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms. Assist in video shooting, basic editing, and post-production tasks. Brainstorm creative concepts to improve content engagement.

4) E-Commerce Daily Operations

Assist in managing online stores, updating product listings, and ensuring accurate product information. Support order processing, inventory checks, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to understand trending styles and online shopping behaviors.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Media, Communications, or related fields. Passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and live streaming. Comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage with an online audience. Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other editing software is a plus). Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is a plus). Proactive, creative, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
