Job Description
JOB POST Culture intern Location: Selangor/Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job overview Assist with running onboarding and employee engagement. Much of this will involve promoting AirAsia\xe2\x80\x99s culture and its Allstar values. It will also cover themes such as wellbeing and community programmes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating various internal events, including employee engagement activities, team-building events, and corporate celebrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, and participant registration.
- Support the development of event materials, including invitations, programmes, and signage.
- Contribute to post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from participants and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Good with Google Suite and Canva
- Enthusiasm for internal events and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
