Job Description

1. Sample Sheet Creation

Generate sample sheets with accurate product details, specifications, and relevant information. Liaise with product development and marketing teams to gather required data. Ensure sample sheets are well-organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

2. Order Sheet Creation

Prepare order sheets based on customer requirements, including product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions. Collaborate with sales representatives and customers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. Custom Pattern Design

Collaborate with clients to understand design preferences and requirements. Create original custom patterns for apparel and textile products ( hijab, kaftan or telekung). Use design software to develop patterns that meet production standards. Conduct market research on fashion trends and design techniques.

4. Customer Design Assistance

Communicate with customers to understand design needs and expectations. Provide design solutions tailored to customer requirements. Facilitate smooth collaboration between customers and the design team to ensure satisfaction.

5. Design Development

Support the design team in creating textile designs from briefs and inspirations. Produce concept sketches, digital renderings, and technical drawings. Develop color palettes, patterns, textures, and mood boards for reviews. Build a design bank (10 designs per hour as practice).
