Check staff claims and update medical & handphone listing. Issue Non-Trade Cheque. Assist with Recruitment including screen resume, arrange interview, etc. Assist Admin department to monitor stationery, pantry, medicine & washroom stocks, office upkeep & repair, etc. Assist in Receptionist operation such as arrange back-up for lunch break, meetings, on leave, etc. Update staff training record, medical record, emergency database & IBM cert listing.
