Job Description

Key Responsibilities



HRIS Systems Management



Update and maintain accurate staff movement and records in HRIS for payroll and reporting purposes.

HR Communications



Track employee contracts, probation periods, transfers, resignations, and new hires to ensure timely communication and documentation.

Document & Filing Management



Maintain organized, compliant employee records and HR documents (physical and electronic). Prepare and issue employee movement and offer letters. Ensure compliance with the latest LHDN e-Stamping requirements for all employment-related documents (e.g., offer letters, movement letters).

Pay: RM500.00 per month
