Job Description


:

Functional/Business Knowledge

  • Employee Onboarding:
  • Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Coordinate the collection and verification of new hire documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist with the setup of new employee profiles in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Help manage HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks and policies.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and activities.
  • Assist in organizing and documenting employee feedback, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Help maintain training records and update training materials. (To check with Shen Dee)
  • Assist with training logistics, such as room reservations and equipment setup.
  • Support the evaluation of training programs and gather participant feedback.
  • HR Projects:
  • Assist HR professionals with various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different areas of the organization.
Experience and Education
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Availability to commit to a specific duration of the internship program.
