Responsible to manage and support the maintenance of IT Infrastructure related equipment, software and configuration to ensure smooth operational process. Provide support for end-users; involve hardware, software, networking, storage, desktop installation. Monitor diagnose and resolve problems with IT system. Conduct analysis to improve IT Infrastructure. Participate in IT Projects to provide the necessary IT Infrastructure services. To support end user IT requirements. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and operating systems. Support user account management, including account creation, updates, and access management in Active Directory and related systems. Help maintain IT documentation and asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, and configurations). ###

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365 is a plus. Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT support. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. ###
