Job Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Proactive and Team Player oriented Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking Minimum 3 months of Internship Duration Autonomy / independent
Job Functions:
Assist in collecting & analysing technical & user requirements, translating them into solutions Assist in designing & developing Microsoft 365 application solutions, including Power Automate (Flow). Power Apps. Power BI, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint. Assist in designing, developing and maintaining key components of the software suite using Microsoft Office 365 APIs. Assist in implementing custom solutions that leverage various Microsoft 365 services. Assist in recording and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts and diagrams Assist in reporting system progress and route any issues appropriately. Assist in coordinating and conducting user training sessions regarding system changes and enhancements and to address any arising issues. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.
