Description:
Summary

This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting IT project execution, documentation, coordination, and PMO operations. The intern will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and visibility of progress.



Key Responsibilities

These are day-to-day tasks and expectations that support project execution and team collaboration:

Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation (e.g., charters, schedules, reports). Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Track project progress and follow up on action items. Support communication between project stakeholders. Help monitor risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain project management tools and dashboards. Participate in project reviews and retrospectives.



Functional Skills & Knowledge

These are the technical and domain-specific competencies that the intern is expected to learn or apply:

Project Management Methodologies: Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like [insert tool names]. Reporting & Analytics: Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly Power BI for status reporting and data visualization. Risk & Issue Management: Understanding how to log, track, and escalate risks and issues. Stakeholder Management: Awareness of how to engage and communicate with different levels of stakeholders. Education

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computing / Information Technology.
