Responsibilities:

Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Work closely with the marketing team and be responsible for digital marketing campaigns.
Run all online advertising channels and social media networks such as TikTok \xef\xbc\x8cXiaohongshu\xef\xbc\x8c Instagram, etc.
Manage online marketing and advertising campaigns.
Responsible for planning and working within company\'s marketing budget.
Run and evaluate customer survey research and market data.
Work with marketing staff, graphics designers to create strong digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Self-motivated, discipline, independant and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good in writing creative contents and trending for social media.
Thorough understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Basic Knowledge in Photo/Video editing.
Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
