To support the day-to-day activities of the YTL Learning Academy.
To assist the L&D Executive in organising F2F and/or online training courses, as well as practical training at site where required.
To assist the e-Learning Executive in the design, content development & implementation of e-learning management.
To assist in administrating registration and monitor attendance for F2F and online training programs.
To compile staff surveys and feedback for continuous monitoring and improvement.
To be familiarized with the Boss i-Net system for administrative processes.
To assist in organizing logistical needs for training programs and other ad-hoc task assigned by Learning Academy team.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma Business Management or Business Administration, or related fields
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Proactive and Team Player oriented
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking
Minimum 3 months of Internship Duration
