As an L&D Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience at our organization. This hands-on internship will expose you to various aspects of Learning & Development, from planning and executing training programs to managing our Learning Management System (LMS). What You Will Experience
Hands-on involvement in planning and organizing training sessions, projects, and onboarding programs.
Exploring and recommending relevant training programs based on requests and skills gap analysis.
Creating and designing engaging learning materials using Canva, Capcut, and Google Slides.
Managing our Learning Management System (LMS), including LinkedIn Learning administration.
Tracking training impact through feedback collection and analysis.
Maintaining training records with up-to-date trackers and reports.
Collaborating with various departments to identify and address upskilling needs.
Requirements
Passion for teaching, training, and people development.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Familiar with Google Suite, Canva, and basic design/video editing tools.
Eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
