Vacancy Description This role will be responsible to handle all administrative works for Mall Leasing department. Tasks & Responsibilities 1. To provide support to Leasing & Administration person in charge on the daily task (tenancy follow-ups, filling works and reports). 2. To assist Leasing personnel to compile information of prospects and obtain leads data for leasing personnel to follow up) 3.To assist in issuance of correspondences to retailers 4. To assist Senior in performing any other duties as and when instructed from time to time. 5. Co-ordinate, track and manage the document flow between departments and signatories. Accountabilities 1. Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
