INTERN, SALES ADMINISTRATION

Description

This role will be responsible to cover various aspects of the sales administration functions to ensure a smooth operation of the department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Assist in replying and attending to all incoming correspondence and attend to purchasers\' enquiries/complaints (phone/walk in) which includes status of billing, collection and receipt of payment.
2. Check all related legal documents received from solicitors, update, scan and file to respective files in compliance with standard operating procedures.
3. Assist to post all correspondence letter, billing, receipt of payment and other related matters to Purchasers, Solicitors, End-Financiers and others.
4. Perform any other duties as and when instructed by the Superior from time to time.
