Prepare work orders and to attend on complaints by tenants
Follow-up with panel solicitors for legal action.
Follow-up on the status of work orders issued.
Conduct / coordinate joint inspection between operation fit-out team and tenants prior to the handover and takeover.
Prepare refund / forfeiture / write-off forms for Management\xe2\x80\x99s approval / submit to account dept.
Liaise with respective building management (JMB/JMC/MC) on complaints and disputes/issues raised by tenants to ensure that appropriate courses of action have been taken.
To support and assist to check all reconciliations done against all reports (collection report to be reconciled with outstanding report, aging analyst report and tenant ledger summary report).
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience in commercial properties
Well versed with the general terms and guidelines pertaining to the Tenancy.
Have relevant experience in the scope of retail leasing and tenancy administration within a residential and street mall leasing
Knowledge of strata will be an added advantage.
A team player, meticulous and customer-oriented wit good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholder requirements.
Respect and comply utmost privacy & confidentiality of tenant\xe2\x80\x99s information and tenancy agreement.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadline
