Pin products, activate vouchers, respond to basic inquiries, and monitor audience engagement.
Post-Live:
Collect products, save recordings, log performance metrics, and capture customer feedback.
2. Order Fulfilment
Verify orders, pick and pack items, arrange courier services, update tracking details, and monitor returns.
3. Live Stream Run Down
Welcome the audience, showcase products, engage with Q&A and voucher activities, highlight final deals, and close the session with appreciation.
4. Ad-Hoc Operational Support
Assist with additional assignments and e-commerce tasks as directed by your superior.
5. Livestream Hosting (Optional)
Be the face of our live streams! Present products in an engaging and authentic way, interact with viewers, and create a fun, interactive shopping experience.
