Objectives of the Position
To support day-to-day activity (documentation and on-site) for Maintenance department Polymer Dispersion Plant, the task will be focused on Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance and Project point of view.
Main Tasks * Maintaining and updating the loop diagrams, cause and effect diagrams.

• Reviewing and updating maintenance's work instructions related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentations.
• Cooperating with all other departments (production, PPC, and laboratory) to provide right maintenance services for their equipment.
• Ensuring the spare parts stocks' availabilities for each equipment.
• To perform pro-active and initiative mechanical and E&I maintenance activities.
• Supporting maintenance supervisor to complete and close the projects within the working year.
• Maintaining stability of automation systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: SPLC, Field Instruments, Automation knowledge is advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.
• Willing to work at Pasir Gudang.'
• Able to work independently.
