Job Scope
Job Summary You will be exposed to the operation and processes of Outbound Call Centre. Key Responsibilities
- To assist in updating and improve the current processes and training materials.
- To collaborate with the management team to develop / improve the training materials.
- To propose recommendations for process improvements and assist in the implementation.
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Prefer intern can start in November for 3 months internship
