Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

Support production and packing activities by preparing materials, handling products, and assisting with workflow coordination. Observe and assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processing, labeling, and packaging agricultural goods. Help monitor daily production targets and report any operational delays or issues to supervisors.

Quality & Food Safety

Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols (e.g., MyGAP, GlobalG.A.P., Halal). Assist in recording and checking product quality data under supervision. Report any non-conformities or quality deviations to the Quality or Production Team.

Data & Documentation

Help maintain accurate production records, such as batch reports, material usage, and output tracking. Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation for audits or compliance.

Workplace Organization

Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the production area. Participate in basic equipment cleaning and setup under supervision.

Learning & Development

Participate in on-the-job training sessions and learn about production workflows, quality standards, and agricultural processing systems. Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn new skills and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and sustainability in operations.

Other Duties

Perform additional support tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers to assist production and operations teams.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Agribusiness, Industrial Management, or a related field. Interest in agricultural production, processing operations, and quality control. Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices. Good communication skills, teamwork attitude, and willingness to learn. Physically able to work in a production environment.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
