Job Description

Support daily procurement activities, including sourcing and vendor communications Coordinate order processing and follow up on purchase orders Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchasing transactions and proper documentation. Learn to navigate procurement systems and supply chain processes Monitor and record shipping lead times to ensure timely order fulfillment Assist in preparing shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
