Job Description

:



To assist the Purchasing team in terms of:- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) in the procurement system Prepare and manage administrative documentation related to procurement. Follow up with vendors on outstanding and delayed orders Follow up with vendors on consignment stock replenishment Send and track consignment POs and vendor invoices Organize and monitor procurement control files

Requirement:



Diploma or degree in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or a related field. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Willing to relocate (Melaka) Able to start EARLIER will be preferred
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
