Put your keen eye for detail to work as you screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments, helping to shape our selection process.

Become a master of coordination as you schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Take ownership of maintaining our applicant tracking systems and databases, ensuring that candidate information is accurate and up to date.

Get creative! Contribute to the creation and optimization of job descriptions and recruitment materials, helping us attract the best and brightest candidates.

Collaborate with your teammates to develop compelling employer branding collateral, including job posting posters and social media content.

Take the lead on exciting recruitment projects and initiatives, where you can drive innovation and make a meaningful impact.

What You\'ll Need to Be Successful in the Role:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office will help you hit the ground running.

Experience with design software like Canva is a plus.

You\'ll need to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
