Job Responsibilities:

Analyze monthly sales productivity, product participation, wealth penetration, and portfolio growth to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.

Help the sales leaders in providing data, feedback and development tools to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

To ensure pipeline and sales tracking is updated.

Analyze portfolio management framework to increase product holdings.

Develop slides for weekly sales meeting.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian citizen

Preferably undergraduate/ graduate in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or relevant field.

Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent.

Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);

Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities.

Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment.

Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
