Job Description

As a Reservations and Operations Intern, you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our Contract & Product Department. Your main focus will be managing bookings for accommodation and transportation on trips in the region, as well as handling logistics for our amazing Company trips. Your mission? Making sure all supplier bookings for series bookings and tailormade trips are confirmed accurately and efficiently. You\'ll also be responsible for ensuring the budgeted costs are correct and meticulously recording all the essential booking information in our company database.

This is a full-time 6-month internship based out of our office in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

A bit about you:

Be passionate about travel, personable, dynamic and self-motivated.

Strong English Writing and Speaking Skills.

Be computer literate (Word/Excel/Email)

Experienced in Reservation and Ticketing.

You\'ll have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload. You\'ll be Able to relax and have fun at work and still meet objectives as well as being an excellent team player.
