Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated and highly driven Transformation and Operations intern to join our team in Liberty General Insurance Berhad.

Successful candidate will support the team in various tasks across. The Intern will have the opportunity to work with Transformation and Operations employees at Liberty General Insurance Berhad. This usually includes the following activities:
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- Resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 issues and provide feedback and analysis
- To assist on processing standard policies/endorsements
- Upload policy/endt documents into vendor website for printing
- Other administration tasks
- Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Insurance or other relevant fields.
- Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data
- Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Comfortable working in a fast paced team
- Good timekeeper, well organized and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player
- Excellent communication and customer\xe2\x80\x99s centric skills
- Computer literacy with MS office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
