-Assist in the Companys annual audit by scheduling audits, initiating project planning and developing audit direction.

-Monitors audit assignments, reviews and edit audit reports
-Monitor the performance of assigned auditors and ensure quality audit outcomes with tight time budget

-Complete appropriate planning for the audit assignments, proofread audit findings, and associated reports to ensure the accuracy of financial records
-Provide training to new staff. Stay up to date with the latest accounting standards and changes in local, state, and federal laws, as applicable
-Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short- and long-range planning;

-Take part in development and implementation of projects and programs to ensure completion of audit assignments efficiently
-Provide assistance to ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

-Possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

-Possess a relevant professional qualification (ACCA/ MIA/ CIA etc.)

-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required

-Ability to excel under great pressure and to compile detailed reports and possess meticulous attention to detail

-Possess knowledge of the latest auditing standards and procedures, and regulations
