Job Description

Job scope:
To plan and conduct operational audit and follow-up action on audit replies
To perform internal audit for corporate and outlets as assigned, major duties are stock take, sales, cash, receipts, procedure and asset verification for shop and warehouses located in Malaysia
Prepare audit reports that accurately document the audit findings, root cause and solutions to drive sustainable improvements
Maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local best practice
To identify internal control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions to the Management for improvement
Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risk
Perform any other job-related duties as deemed appropriate by management.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management

Requirements:
Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent with 3 years relevant experiences in External/internal Audit
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Internal Audit Executive
Immediate starter will be advantageous
Prior exposure in internal auditing for Retail and FMCG sector will be advantageous
Familiar with MS Excel
Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking colleagues in regards with the internal audit matters)
Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and meticulous with good time management skills
Ability to work independently, under pressure, willing to learn, reliable and self-motivated
Shop visit within Malaysia is frequently required
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
