The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which includes:
Support the team in planning and implementing internal communications strategies
Creates and delivers impactful communication content not limited to emails, speeches, key messages, social media and other internal communications platform.
Creative brand storytelling
Supporting talent and organization initiatives and planning employee engagement events.
To maintain close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
To support department head in identifying opportunities and areas of improvements to enhancing and producing impactful internal communications
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
To support, contribute and assist the department and company where necessary
Managing internal communication platform which includes newsletter, intranet and emails.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/English
Good command in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Passionate in writing, editing and proofreading, as well as a good storyteller.
Able to conduct research and analysis, understand business strategies and how to use communications as a medium to drive organisation's vision, mission and values.
Possess the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, while being agile, flexible, collaborative and deadline driven.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Creative and dare to challenge the norms.
Proficient in MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe (Photoshop or Illustrator), Canva
Graphic design and video editing skills represent an advantage
