Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which includes:

• Support the team in planning and implementing internal communications strategies
• Creates and delivers impactful communication content not limited to emails, speeches, key messages, social media and other internal communications platform.
• Creative brand storytelling
• Supporting talent and organization initiatives and planning employee engagement events.
• To maintain close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• To support department head in identifying opportunities and areas of improvements to enhancing and producing impactful internal communications
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
• To support, contribute and assist the department and company where necessary
• Managing internal communication platform which includes newsletter, intranet and emails.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/English
• Good command in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Passionate in writing, editing and proofreading, as well as a good storyteller.
• Able to conduct research and analysis, understand business strategies and how to use communications as a medium to drive organisation's vision, mission and values.
• Possess the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, while being agile, flexible, collaborative and deadline driven.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Creative and dare to challenge the norms.
• Proficient in MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe (Photoshop or Illustrator), Canva
• Graphic design and video editing skills represent an advantage
