  • Generate proposals for parts and service products and subsequently make a follow up of all submitted proposals until PO is received. Manage Installed based on market are provided. To perform proactive sales support and coordination function for Compressor Technique Service (CTS) Division.
Mission:
  • Attending to and logging of Customers\' inquiries about spare parts, fix price and other service products.
  • Liaising with Smartlink staff and Customer Service Coordinators for the sales leads generated either by Smartlink system or the sales leads generated by Field Service Engineers/Technicians/Sales Engineers.
  • C4C platform management in terms of leads, Opportunities , Phone calls , Appointments , Data analysis, Spare parts quote creation and all system related requirements.
  • Performing consistent and structured quotation follow up utilizing existing sales tools (C4C (Cloud for Customer)) to update individual quote status until Purchase Orders (PO) is issued by customers.
  • Generating and submitting proposals for fix price, ad hoc, and service contracts using CPQ quotation platform.
  • Processing the PO using (SAP) by selecting the external follow up document in C4C before forwarding the customer PO and the Job order tracking (JOT) to CTS Admin Support to upload onto SharePoint for approval from Immediate Superior after price verification against submitted quotation and approval from relevant parties.
  • Participate active in all KPI requirement reports to obtain commission requirement.
  • Submitting monthly and weekly reports as may be required by immediate superior accordingly. Attending to Monthly Expectancy Meeting as per required from Immediate Superior to justify performance and expectation for the month ahead.
  • Weekly recording of Purchase Order information and management of PO inside the one portal.
  • Assist Sales team with general administration, systems administration, and parts proposal as and when required.
  • Supporting and perform internal sales functions for branches assigned & Atlas Copco Malaysia Sdn Bhd
  • Working as a proactive team member taking responsibility for key tasks accordingly.
  • Working as a part of the team to form a key unit to build business requirements.
Experiences Requirements;
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in technical service sales and marketing support environment
Knowledge:
  • Compute Literate
Educational Requirements:
  • Certificate / Degree in Marketing or Engineering / Business Administration discipline
Personality Requirements:
  • Ability to work as a team/ Able to work well with all levels of people.
  • Able to socialise as a team whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
