Position: International Freight Forwarding Operations Executive.
Salary: RM 2600-3500.
Work Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Our client is a well established and industry leader in international ligistics forwarding industry. The company provides mainly ocean freight and warehousing for their customers. Now they have an opportunity for a freight forwarding all rounder to handle a combination of Import and Export operations within their business main office in Kelana Jaya.Key responsibilities-Liaising with Customers,suppliers,overases agents/offices.-Co-ordinating export documentation requirements including receipt and verification of export documentation,issuing booking confirmation.-Export shipment registration requirements and issue pre alerts to overses office/agents.-Assist with coordination of export collection/import deliveries.-Verification of documents received from overseas to ensure complete and accurate.-Invoicing customer/agents and verifying vendor invoices for approval.The PersonTo be successful in thie role, you will need to have aminimum of 2 years experience within a freight forwarding role, excellent verbal/written communications skills in this case English) and good customer service skills. Experience with the computer system Cargowise is necessary.
