: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tactically plan domestic or international collections based on order criteria using set lanes, managing dedicated Freight feasibility by submitting RFQs to vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively track and manage international deliveries from cargo booking through to end delivery point keeping stakeholders updated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a key contact for all stakeholders - customer, shipper, carrier & operations and on other ad-hoc matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations of point to point movements \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer and carriers to ensure all targets are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all aspects of the business operate within defined corporate and legislative requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a minimum of diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain; International Business or Business Administration, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work shift. Fresh graduate encourage to apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Freight Forwarding experience & Fundamental working knowledge of statistics are a bonus point \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate and effectively work with employees at all levels of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to perform multiple tasks Ability to use good judgment in making decision, restructuring priorities and adjusting tasks in dynamic environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read, interpret technical documents and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills. Must be willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical skills, Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start work immediately or within short notice period \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess to have own transport .
