International Permanent Transfer Generalist - Greater Asia Job Summary Responsible to support execution processes of International Permanent Transfer (IPT) and Local Foreign Hire (LFH) processes for Greater Asia from Onboarding, Offboarding, Relocation and Immigration (work permit management). Job Dimensions Scope responsibility - International Permanent Transfer and Local Foreign Hire management Main Interactions - Other Pillars of SBS People Services in KL captive such as Query Management, and Employee Life Cycle (ELC) team, Time to Pay (T2P - Payroll) team, Master Data Management (MDM) Team, other neighboring functions in the respective countries under his scopes such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Finance, P&C, Talent Acquisition (TA), Digital, Facility Management, and Security Regional Mobility Global relocation/mobility provider (BGRS) local Immigration vendor Immigration Office etc. Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring smooth On-boarding and Off-boarding for IPT and LFH in term of Work permits, house search, relocation, school for children, etc. - Vendor management including tracking PR/PO Ensuring all Executive KPIs for On-boarding, Off-boarding in his/her respective country are meet the Global standard Ensuring all Internal Control framework for IPT and LFH are fulfill, and comply with all local rules, regulation including local legal regulation. Build a strong stakeholder management especially with main local stakeholder which are: People and Culture, Digital, Security, P2P, Payroll, ELC, C2R etc. Identify Continuous improvement on the IPT processes (simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation) Education Qualification Essential Degree in Human Resources Management or any other social, and science Desirable Master\'s degree in human resources management or Business Administration Experience & Knowledge Essential Experience as IPT/LFH Specialist Familiar with Human Resources Management framework especially for Onboarding and Offboarding Query Management/ticketing system Good track record with no compliance issue. Desirable Have both experiences as in house IPT/LFH management and have exposure on Global vendor management. Deep knowledge on Workday system and processes Service Now Knowledge. Skills & Core Competencies Essential Multi - languages: English and Malay, are mandatory. Arabic will be an advantage.
