Roles & Responsibilities As part of our expansion, we are hiring for a Sales & Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities for our electronics manufacturing business globally. As this role will be working closely with customers and engineers on product specifications, the Manager should have sound electronics engineering/ manufacturing knowledge. The role will be based in either Singapore or Malaysia. The Job Role: \xc2\xb7 Manage the full cycle of a business development process to ensure business goals are achieved \xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and alliances for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s range of electronic manufacturing services \xc2\xb7 Canvass and secure new customers for Contract Manufacturing of Electronics/ Plastic products \xc2\xb7 Prepare proposals and presentation materials for client pitching \xc2\xb7 Regular follow up with customers to maintain and enhance business relationships with clients and partners Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Degree in Electronics/ Tele-Communications Engineering or related discipline \xc2\xb7 Relevant working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry with good understanding of business landscape \xc2\xb7 Possess good knowledge in manufacturing process in Electronics PCBA and Plastic Tooling/ Injection \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently to canvass \xc2\xb7 Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful and has good business acumen \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Travelling may be required What we offer: \xc2\xb7 Excellent opportunity for career advancement and growth \xc2\xb7 An environment that encourages continuous professional development \xc2\xb7 Competitive remuneration package with commission scheme \xc2\xb7 Employee engagement and development programs Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM300,000.00 per year Benefits:
