Position Title: International Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Understand the company\'s operational model and marketing strategies, and develop and execute quarterly/annual sales plans.
Establish overseas sales platforms, develop international channels, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Understand the needs of overseas customers, responsible for customer maintenance and development, and establish good cooperative relationships with clients.
Prepare and implement international exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, marketing, English, or medical-related fields.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with fluency in English considered a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in international sales of surgical instruments.
Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent communication skills, keen market insight, and market analysis capabilities.
Willingness to travel overseas.
Resume Screening Notes:
Ability to manage hospital and distributor sales is required, not limited to international exhibition sales.
Experience in selling surgical products is preferred.
