Working hours: 5 working days, office hours
Process sales order upon receiving purchase order from customers
obtain sales forecast from customers by monthly basis.
Communicate with customers to assist with pricing, products and delivery progress.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics department for product delivery.
Resolve customer's complaints related to sales or services.
Handle sales enquiries via phone calls or emails
Prepare quotations and securing orders for customers.
Work closely with warehouse and purchasing department to assist on monitoring stock balance
handle payment collections with customers.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in any field.
2-5 year experience in manufacturing/trading industry, preferably in electronics/EMS experience.
Good communication skills.
Minor travel locally (KL, Penang) or to overseas for client meeting (Japan, China)

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
