Job Description
We are from Kaisar Farmasi, we have 22 outlet and rapidly growing across Klang Valley & Ipoh. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibilites (CSR), we are open for internship to Accounting students. What are the things that you would be exposed to :- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger Prepare payment vouchers and cheques Handle daily accounting data entries and journal entries Handle daily bookkeeping of invoices. Maintain accounts receivable Able to monitor billings and collection of debts Monitor customer account details Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/superior Research and resolve payment discrepancies Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc Process credit card payment or non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities Assist with month-end closing
