What You'll Do:



Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative and operational tasks. Prepare and consolidate reports to support management decisions. Assist with documentation, data updates, and process coordination. Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations and complete tasks within deadlines.

What We're Looking For:



Diploma or Degree in any related field. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint). Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
