Utilize basic numeric, financial, and computer skills to support various administrative functions.
Assist in maintaining daily operations, including purchasing procedures, receiving and arranging stock, and ensuring proper storage.
Support daily and monthly stock take procedures to ensure accurate inventory management.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying documentation.
Help maintain the company's filing system to ensure organized and accessible records.
Participate in cross-functional tasks as assigned or requested, contributing to various aspects of the business.
Engage in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge essential for administrative roles.
Notwithstanding the above, you shall also be required to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Basic Qualification : Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administrative or related field.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Basic proficiency in numeric, financial, and computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Abilities to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
