Admin Assistant
.
About the role, you will:
? Handle general administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations
? Assist in documentation, data entry, and filing of company records
? Support day-to-day office management tasks such as purchasing office supplies, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings
? Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents as required
? Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for administrative support
? Handle basic finance-related tasks such as preparing invoices, monitoring payments, and expense claims
About you
? Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
? Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of teamwork
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with general office systems
Working Time
Monday - Friday
(9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
