The Baker is responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This includes ensuring all baking equipment and baking area is clean prior to and post production of any baked items, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
Assist in the preparation, baking and presentation of all baked items.
Ensure that procedures for suppliers, equipment, and work areas are complying to the established standards.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisors.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a technical certificate, diploma, or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking, Pastry, or other related fields.
Minimum internship duration: 4 months (16 weeks).
Passionate about food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and willing to learn.
Flexible working hours, including weekends or public holidays, depending on the kitchen schedule.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
