Job Description
Responsibilities:
Hardware/software testing, debug and analysis & diagnostic problem*
testing and feedback new product*
Provide documentation, training and support to customer.*
Identifies, investigates, and resolves user's problems with computer software and hardware.*
support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software, connectivity, and similar concerns.*
Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.*
